Founded in 2019, Game Observational Video Analysis (OVA) offers insightful, personalized video analysis to teams and organizations with the goal of improving team performance.

Jason Brown began breaking down games for high school teams in the bay area in 2018 - starting with Bishop O' Dowd High School in Oakland, CA and Sacred Heart Cathedral High School in San Francisco, CA . Shortly after, he noticed the lack of video analytics and insights at the high school and junior college levels. With his expertise in leading sports performance softwares, profound knowledge of sports dynamics, and experience working with elite sports organizations, Brown knew he could change the way teams watch film and understand themselves, leading to the improvement of team performance.

By the beginning of 2020, Brown was working with 4 basketball teams and 1 Lacrosse team. Brown reached out to Co-Founder Lucas Cortez to help carry the load. Together, Brown and Cortez have created a unique service where teams can work with professional video analysts to gain a competitive advantage.
